So if stress can make us sick, peace can make us well. If fear can tighten our muscles, then we can, soften them through thinking of peace and love and, become restored in the process. If chronic worry weakens the immune system, then hope and faith gives us safety. This isn't about blaming ourselves for why we're the way we are, and I've heard that oftentimes as people start in unity. They start thinking, well, if I think positively, then I will get myself out of illness. And I think negatively, then I'll just get sicker, and and that's not the case at all.
