The armor of God will transform you by the renewal of your mind. Thanks to the advancements in neuroscience, we now know scientifically that this will transform you and guard your mind. Let me just be a little nerdy here and talk about something called neuroplasticity. I don't know if you've heard that word before, but it's the brain's ability to rewire itself based on repeated thoughts and practices. Practice makes perfect, basically. And as you continuously renew your mind with the words of God, it is literally possible to transform your mind.
