Do not fear therefore, you are of more values than many sparrows. Swallow comes from a word that means to turn, to roll, and to run constantly. Fits the bird. It's a common symbol for restlessness. Isn't it amazing and wonderful that the house of God, our God ministers to both sparrows and swallows? Maybe you feel that, know, man, you're not worth much. God says no.
