As our passage says, for just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so also our comfort abounds through Christ. As our sufferings increase, so does God's comfort. I want you to capture this. This is the paradox of grace. Increased affliction leads to increased consolation, because our supply of comfort flows from the abundance of Christ himself.
