In this world full of distractions, in this world full of pulls and pushes, we got so many things that we can gravitate to before Jesus. I'm all good. I got money. Money will fix it. I'm all good. I got relationships. I know people. That'll fix it. I'm good. I got a good job, and they told me that I'm going to be here, that I'm secure for the next 15 years. I'm good. Like, I'm locked in. I got somewhere to go. And Jesus says, all these fleeting things, even your religious duties, that you have been sitting within the confines of, in safety and in ritual, it will run out. And the only way that thirst that's really in there can be quenched is if you come to Jesus.
