He didn't send Jesus to make your life convenient. He sent Jesus to save you from your sins. He didn't send his spirit to live in us to make our lives easy and comfortable. He sent his spirit to live in us to be an advocate and a guide to help us through the hardships of life, to help us remain faithful to his plan for our lives, even when it gets hard.
