All that is in the world is temporary and is morally against God. They have no eternal value. So where are you investing your time and effort in? This is a reminder that all will fade away except God's word. And so let us be like the wise man that Jesus taught on the Sermon of the Mount. Let us be the wise man who trusted on the word of God, who built his house on the rock and the rain fell and the floods came and the winds blew and slammed against that house and yet it did not fall for it had been founded on the rock.
