It's true of all sorts of different places. It's true of workplaces. It's true of cultures. It's true of platforms. It's true of nations. It's true of politics. It's true of religious systems and faith based places. If you find yourself in a place that is incongruent with your values, it will change who you are. And this is where I have to be really honest.
