Quite noticeably, the first thing I noticed in this text as I went back and read it again is that the pathway to happiness, the pathway to blessing is first marked by prohibition. Stay away from these things and these folks. If you want to bless you. If you want to bless you. If you want to bless you. Do not walk in step with the wicked. Do not stand in the way that sinners stand or take. And this is so true. And there was a whole sermon just in that wisdom. You see, because the truth is this, we should have different ends and goals in this life than the wicked do. So why are we trying to keep up with them? Why are we trying to walk in step with them?
