Being a difference maker behind the difference makers usually cost us something. Sometimes it requires the selflessness of us to say, I'm not going to take advantage of that and do what's best for me because I want them to have the opportunity. I'm not going to focus on me here, and it's going to require me saying no to some things I want, but in doing that, I'm going to be able to set them up and help them and encourage them to make a difference with what they're doing.
