The refining fire removes everything that's not rooted in Christ. It burns away what is not of God so we can be vessels of honor. But here's what I want to ask you this morning: if we resist the fire, how will we ever be prepared to carry the glory of God? If we resist him when he begins to burn out those things in our life that stand in the way and we hang on to them, how can we ever carry the glory of God? You've got to let go.
