Only Jesus' blood would be what would be needed in this new covenant that he makes with us. In Luke, it talks about this new covenant and Paul will repeat it again in 1 Corinthians chapter 11. But in Luke, Jesus is with the disciples and he's meeting with them and they're having the Passover, which if you guys have a little history of the Passover, real quick, is the Passover is where they would celebrate God's deliverance of them from slavery from Egypt, the people of Israel.
