But I will say this. The scripture says when we fast. So, however you choose to fast, a Daniel fast, basically, I think it's basically down to the food you just well go ahead and fast. I mean, it's beans and stuff. I'm like, and whole grains, no meat. I'm like, well, you just well liquid fast. But, some people don't have the help to be able to do that.
