I also just want to offer some encouraging news to anyone who would say they feel empty in this season in particular. There's just a greater capacity for God to come and fill that space. I know in my own dry and melancholy seasons, when I didn't want to pick up the Bible, or when I didn't even have the words to pray, this gave birth to a realization in me that there's much space for the Almighty. That an empty me creates so much more space for the Almighty.
