That's why you cannot tolerate in a church people talking about the pastor or the elders, if you had elders or the leaders or whatever, and criticizing them behind their back and speaking about them behind their back in a negative way. The that sort of behavior happens in the world outside the church. But it doesn't happen in the church. It mustn't happen in the church because we live by honor, respect. We esteem one another, and god puts people in order, and we recognize god's order.
