Maybe in terms of discrimination, you got a boss, and you're all talking behind the boss's back and other people's and you start thinking, who does the boss think he is to tell me what to do? That's a form of discrimination. And, of course, the worst form of discrimination, I'm white. You're black. I'm superior to you. That is shocking. But, actually, it can go the other way. I'm black. You're white, and you should be out of here. It's just as bad.
