We lament on the things that are happening around us in our world, but we rarely go out of our lighted sanctuaries to walk into the darkness that we see. Why do we occasionally discuss political matters in this church? Because we are the light of the world. Because we are the light of the world, and we light up darkness. We illuminate darkness.
