Before we came to faith in Christ, before you and I came to faith in Christ, we were like sheep without a shepherd. We may have been going to church services at the time, but we had no idea what was going on. We could hear the word being preached, and either we didn't care, or we did care, and we tried to implement what we heard, but that was impossible, because we didn't have the Holy Spirit with us, because we did not believe.
